My name is Vicky, Primary Care Counsellor with 17 years therapeutic experience within the NHS (National Health Service) working within Adult Mental Health. Overall I have worked within different sectors within the NHS for nearly 20 years.

I provide counselling to people who are suffering with symptoms associated with anxiety, stress and depression.

My therapeutic style is to be person centered / integrative, developing a trusting relationship to follow your journey within a safe and confidential environment.

I currently offer online video sessions or telephone counselling sessions.

Happy to offer short / long term support and one off sessions.

I provide introductory sessions and concessionary rates.

Practice description

My aim is to provide a service to all therefore I would welcome you to make contact with me to discuss your needs and for you to decide whether you are happy for me to support your journey in your Counselling intervention.

My first session

Your introductory session will be free for me to gain an insight to your current situation and further to this if you were to engage with me I offer concessionary rates or a payment of £44.

Your first session would consist of an assessment to determine how I will work with you and if you would like to engage.

I am happy to provide one off therapy support to those who feel a regular sessions are not appropriate for them.

Having worked in the NHS I am aware of external services that also might be useful therefore I would recommend these should Counselling not be the most appropriate intervention.
