About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in supporting women's personal growth, self esteem and development.

A BACP accredited integrative therapists for over 20 years, I am able to draw upon multiple models of therapy as your individual therapy requires.

I trained originally as a person centred counsellor but I am highly experienced knowing when to challenge my clients appropriately. If my clients are ready I won't shy from offering my attuned style of working.

I enjoy working from a non dualist approach for clients interested in this perspective.

I believe wholeheartedly in continuing my own personal, therapeutic journey. A therapist can only take their client as far as they dare to grow themselves.

18 years attending a woman's therapeutic group has allowed many years of reflective insight and wisdom to bring alongside my clients own unique journey.

Practice description

I work from a peaceful, beautiful therapy room in the heart of Sevenoaks.

My client numbers are limited.

My first session

Our first session will involve exploring your reasons for coming for counselling at this time in your life. It's also time for us to determine if I am the the right therapist for you.
