About me and my therapy practice

I offer virtual reality treatments for anxiety disorders and phobias in our immersive studio. Please check our website for the range of anxiety issues we treat.

Practice description

Virtual reality treatments are within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT framework.

My first session

The first session will involve going over a pre-treatment (assessment) suitability questionnaire. Setting up relaxation exercises and developing goals for treatment with a graded hierarchy (if suitable for treatment).

The whole treatment for one assessment, then two to three sessions is £990. This is due to the Virtual Reality platform usage, scenes/scene development.
