About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist, Family and Trauma informed practitioner. I offer In-person or online therapy.

Practice description

My aim is to support clients through relationship challenges as a couple, family or individual. My approach is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for collaborative exploration, supporting clients empathically for further understanding of self and other's.

I have worked in this area for twenty years and understand that uncertainty in relationships can create stress for all concerned. By having a safe space to discuss the unthinkable can provide foundations for new beginnings.

My first session

Our first session together is an assessment for us each to understand, if any ongoing work is appropriate. Throughout the work with couples and families I will invite each member to an individual session.
