About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about personal development and supporting and empowering others to achieve their goals and to make choices and decisions about life. I aim to help people explore stuck patterns and to gain insight into their emotional responses, behaviour and relationship patterns. I believe that everyone has within them the ability to grow, to change and to make positive choices for themselves
I am an Integrative practitioner which means that I draw on different approaches in my work to best meet your needs as an individual. I work mainly in a person-centred, relational way and aim to offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns, feelings and thoughts at a pace that is led by you. I also draw on elements of Psychodynamic, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and solution-focussed approaches in my work.
I have extensive experience of working one-to-one with young people and adults across a variety of education and social care settings. I have worked in a school counselling service, as well as working with adult clients in the NHS. I have experience of working with a diverse range of people and issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-harm, substance abuse, bereavement, chronic health issues, abuse, stress and work-related issues.
In private practice, I work with adult clients over the age of 18 and offer both long-term as well as short-term, goal orientated work. I charge £50 for a 50 minute online session and £60 for a 50 minute face to face session.
To ensure that I am the right counsellor for you I offer a free initial face to face consultation.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Bristol based therapist and trainee supervisor, offering both online and face to face supervision.
I have been working in private practice as a therapist since 2015 and also have experience of working in schools and the NHS. I am an integrative practitioner and, whilst the core of my practice is person-centred, I draw on different approaches in my work depending on the needs of the individual. I have recently undertaken an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision (including online supervision) and am currently building up my supervision practice hours to achieve the full qualification. I am therefore offering a discounted rate for supervision at this time. Sessions can be 60 minutes (at a cost of £40) or 90 minutes (at a cost of £55).
Supervision is a vital part of the work we do as therapists and it is important to me to create a safe, supportive relationship where you can feel comfortable sharing your challenges and successes and through which we can openly and honestly explore your work with clients and how this is impacting you.
I offer a free initial consultation to enable us to explore your practice values, what I can offer in more detail and the way we can work together.
