About me and my therapy practice

Warm welcome, I am here for you when talking helps. There is something, quite amazing about being listened to and heard by another, and it is rare in our busy lives.

Telling your story, often for the first time, can help unlock what stops you from living your life to the full. I will listen to you without judgment and accept and support you in making the changes you want to make. I may challenge you to look at things differently. I will work with you to help you see things more clearly, look at your difficulties, and help you find ways to make changes in your life. You may want to talk about problems happening now or earlier in your life. Either way, I am here for you. I can work empathically and compassionately with all individuals alongside you at your pace, offering a warm, healing and safe space.

I have been a counsellor/psychotherapist since 2007, supporting and working with many issues. Working face-to-face, in Evesham, only in the daytime, with online e-therapy video counselling, I offer appointments in the evening, afternoons or mornings, and long- or short-term work.  I

Individual's £50.00 a session, Relationships issues for couples: £60.00 for a session. CONCESSIONS: offered, if you have proof of low income, or you are on benefits.

I take on EAPS work with health insurance companies, BUPA, AXA PPP healthcare, AVIVA, and many other insurances.

Practice description

I am working mostly online, but also face-to-face in the mornings up to 2 pm. Online using virtual video conference calls using Zoom or Skype, email or telephone online counselling is sometimes called e-therapy.

My style of working is Integrative counselling, which means I look at the whole person, taking into account your mental, physical and emotional needs. As your therapist, I will use techniques and tools from different modalities, for example, cognitive behaviour therapy to tailor an individual approach for you.

An integrative counsellor aims to build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship that helps you develop self-awareness. When you understand the causes of your concerns or triggers for your behaviour, you can confidently set goals and develop new behaviours to improve your satisfaction with life. An important factor in determining the speed and success of your recovery is your choice of therapist.

You must choose someone with whom you feel comfortable sharing your innermost thoughts, knowing that whatever you say is held in complete confidence; and that they will hear you with care and without judgement.

If you would like to call or email to book an appointment or ask more questions, I would love to hear from you.
