About me and my therapy practice

My main interest and experience involves working towards recovery for individuals suffering mild to moderate mental health problems. I worked for 11 years in the Priory hospital Glasgow so have a range of knowledge and skills that I use in private practice. I work primarily with all aspects of stress, anxiety and depression using the CBT model or an integration with Person-centered. I work full-time so have hours to suit and also offer a (free) half-hour introduction if this is considered helpful. I look forward to hearing from you.
