My primary role is to assist you alleviate the emotional weight of your experience, support you in finding long term peace, and help you regain the control and quality of your life.

I am experienced in supporting people who struggle with a compulsive pornography addiction. I am non-judgemental. I help people understand the nature of porn addiction and how to gain the strength to overcome its compulsion and work to alleviate the associated guilt and shame. 

As an experienced therapeutic counsellor I use several different talking therapies to help you feel at ease when sharing your experiences.

There is no fee for our initial meeting as we will use it to talk about what led you to counselling. This first discussion will also give you the opportunity to decide if you feel you could work with me and allow me to gauge whether my experience and skills meet your needs. This contact will last up to 30 minutes whereas all future counselling sessions will normally be 50 minutes.

If your experience is beyond my expertise I will tell you in the introductory meeting; your welfare is important and finding the right counsellor with the right skills to work with is essential.
