About me and my therapy practice

I am an attachment specialist, helping my clients to better understand their relationship patterns, and how to break free of those patterns for better connection to themselves, and to others. Additionally I am a certified Conscious Parenting Coach, using my attachment skills and knowledge to support parents as they navigate their child's development. As a registered play therapist, I have found that bringing creative mediums such as art and sandtray into my work is an effective and non-threatening way to express how they feel.

Practice description

I work mostly online as I have found that most of my clients prefer this for convenience.

My first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. I offer a 30 minute free session for my client to see if they feel comfortable going forward for therapy.
