Hello, I am Veronica. I work using an integrative counselling model, which includes, humanistic, pyschodynamic and cognitive therapies. My role is to help you deal with your concerns in a safe and confidential place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings to identify the triggers as well as together working on coping strategies. I will listen without judging and help you through this process using a range of therapeutic interventions drawing on my experience and with empathy.  

I have been in practise since July 2017. I specialise in gambling addiction working with the problem gambler, affected others and couples. 

Although I specialise in addiction, I am also able to provide counselling for other areas of concen, including anxiety, depression, suicidal idealisation, symptoms associated with the  menopause ocd, bereavement, eating disorders, shopping addiction, low self esteem, confidence , lack of motivation, co - dependency ,attachment issues, work related stress.

I can provide counselling for clients with autism, schizophrenia, adhd, ocd and general mental health conditions. 

I also work with couple's on specific issues, or just on ways to improve communcation. 

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to identify your needs and my suitability to accommodate them. This session will give us both the opportunity to know each other.
