About me and my therapy practice

I am an Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited Counsellor. I hold a B.A. honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and have several years of experience working as a School Counsellor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults up to age 30. I use a creative, integrative, person-centred approach to Counselling which involves tailoring the session to each individual’s needs. I also have a qualification in therapeutic play skills, conflict management and child psychology. I am a qualified Special Needs Assistant; this has allowed me to have a greater understanding of each child’s individual needs. I offer confidential, caring, non-judgemental Counselling.
