About me and my therapy practice
Beginning therapy can be a big step towards becoming the healthiest version of yourself and living your best life possible. No matter what challenges you may be facing, through therapy you can change your thought patterns, behaviours and habits and resolve any painful feelings.
No-one should have to face problems alone and I would like to work with you to explore your thoughts and feelings, to help you make any necessary changes to enable you to live a more fulfilling life.
Within my work I cover a range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Low Self Esteem, Low Confidence, Relationship issues, Grief and Bereavement.
Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and safe enough to explore your experiences and difficulties with me, in a confidential, non-judgemental environment.
Throughout our counselling sessions you will be provided with the opportunity to gain the tools you need to encourage growth and move towards change.

Practice description
At the first session I will do a 'therapeutic assessment' with you, taking some general information and then more about how you are feeling. I will also take a little background history to give me an overview of your life experiences to-date.
This will help me decide the best way to work with you going forward, to help resolve your issues.
My first session
The individual session is 50 minutes and the Couples counselling/Family sessions are 1 hour.
We will complete a Therapeutic Assessment at the first session to establish what your concerns are and see how best I can help you going forward.
