About me and my therapy practice
People seek counselling for different reasons and every reason is valid. Being heard and listened to by another is an important part of what helps us to feel validated.
About me and my therapy practice
I work within an Integrative approach, empathising the importance of the therapeutic relationship, offering the key principles of the person-centred modality of non-judgement, acceptance and trust being the most important.
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist you in your healing journey. Tailoring therapy to your individual needs and preferences as I am seeing every therapeutic encounter as unique.
At some point in our lives we might be confronted with situations and emotions that we cannot make sense of. When we experience times like this, having somebody to listen to you empathically and non-judgementally, offering you a safe space where you can explore these feelings might be just what is needed.
Why not give me a call, text or email me for a free 15 minute initial consultation to find out if I could be that somebody who can offer what feels right for you.
