About me and my therapy practice
You may be struggling to cope with the uncertainty of current events. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions due to losses and changes you’ve experienced recently, or in the past. Through counselling I provide an opportunity for you to explore your problems and navigate a way through your challenges, from within a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space.
Working at a pace that’s right for you, we will explore the thoughts and feelings behind your current difficulties, and their relationship to past experiences. My aim is to help you to gain a deeper understanding of your self, your relationships, and to strengthen your inner resources in order to enable you to live your life more fully.
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin to explore what has brought you to counselling, your expectations and to see whether we feel we would like to work together.
Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes. I offer both open-ended and short-term work. I work face-to-face and remotely from north London. For more information or to arrange a session, please phone/text me on 07305 098556 or email.
Aside from my private practice, I have worked with people through an Employee Assistance Provider, and staff working for a large employer in the transport sector who have experienced work-related trauma. Previously I worked with people through two London charities.
