I am available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9am-5pm.

About me and my therapy practice

The relationship with every child is at the heart of my work. I use a range of art and play techniques such as puppetry, paint, sand and storytelling, to enable children to explore their feelings, thoughts and inner world. Some adolescents I have worked with have also enjoyed this creative style, while others have benefitted from talking therapy.

I have a warm and playful approach to working with children, supported by sound theoretical understanding.

Practice description

I have helped children with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, anger, low self-esteem and self-worth, low mood and depression, bereavement and loss, abuse, bullying, relationship difficulties, parent separation, and family illness.

My first session

Sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes.

Sessions take place at The Coastal Practice, BH6 4EH.

I recommend a minimum of six sessions.
