I pride myself on the working relationships I build with my clients using compassion, empathy, motivation and great communication.  As I have trained in multiple approaches to therapy, each client has individual counselling, tailored just to them.  No two pf my clients are the same, so no two courses of therapy are the same.

I see people with many different problems but I have a special interest in trauma (ACES) and addiction (working with both those who are struggling with it personally and their loved ones.

 I have a lovely counselling room in Melksham town centre and use a farm for Walk and Talk Therapy.

I offer a free 30 minute assessment appointment so we can have a chat and see if we feel able to work together.  Because it really is working together, we will both be on this journey. If you are a young person then a parent or suitable adult is welcome to come along too.

I offer training courses to enable caring/support professional to have awareness about their vulnerability to stress/trauma induced mental health problems.  I deliver this group training inhouse or at selected venues.  Companies/organisations are encouraged to contact me about complying with H&S regulations to assist reduced stress and sickness in their staff by enabling them to care for themselves - Manual handling for the mind.
