As a person-centred therapist, I help people live happier and more fulfilling lives.

And because everyone is unique, I offer a range of strategies that will help you heal and grow.

If you feel overwhelmed and unsure about what to do next, therapy can help you feel empowered and in control.

Everyone has the potential to heal and grow, I am here to support you to reach your full potential.

Our sessions will be a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through our work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can feel more at peace.

Instead of telling you what to do or how to think, I will help you identify and develop your own resources. That way you can feel more independent, and more resilient.

After all, you are the expert in your own life. 

My first session

What to expect in your first session

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you and your story. We will cover; your current situation, your goals for therapy, and any specific challenges you may be facing.

I will also answer any questions about person-centred counselling and how it works. As well as any other questions or thoughts you may have.

By the end of our first session, you will know whether person-centred counselling is right for you.

From there we will create a plan on how we can work together to achieve your goals
