About me and my therapy practice

I appreciate the variety of human experience and provide a supportive space to explore your experiences resulting in an improved understanding of oneself leading to empowerment and increased resilience.

Transpersonal counselling and psychotherapy is holistic in nature and incorporates aspects of various psychological models. Within this experience of psychotherapy there is a consideration of the range of human experience including behavioural, cognitively, psychological, physiological and spiritually.

Practice description

I am experienced in working with the following:

Abuse, anxiety, bereavement, boundaries, childhood issues, cultural issues, depression, feeling stuck, loneliness, loss, low self-esteem, parenting, pregnancy, pre and post natal, relationship problems, spirituality, stress, trauma, work issues.

For individuals with insurance policies I accept Aviva, AXA and Vitality.
