Practice description
Counselling is about you, you choose what you want to bring to our sessions together, I will go at your pace. It’s ok if it's all muddled or you don't know where to start. I will provide a safe space to meet you where you are at and together we will begin to figure it out and work towards the changes that are right for you.
I work in a person centred, integrative and relational way which means I am trained in different approaches so that I can adapt to meet your individual needs. I put our relationship at the centre of your therapy as this has been proven to be the most important factor in successful therapy. This means I will fully accept you, without judgement. I will truly listen to you, build trust and walk alongside you in your distress to figure out a way forward together.
I work short, medium and long term in person, online and via telephone.
