About me and my therapy practice

I became a therapist because earlier in my life therapy helped me through anxiety and an eating disorder. So I know what it feels like on the other side too! I believe deeply in the therapeutic process and I am living proof that healing and recovery can change your life for the better. Working with me, we will create a space where you can feel totally safe to open up all the issues affecting you, discuss them and explore them and hopefully help you find the clarity and direction for you to move forward in a positive way.

My 12 years of experience has proved that everyone is different and comes with different problems so my approach is to work in an integrative way meaning that I combine different approaches from my experience to help to create the best outcome for each individual client.
