About me and my therapy practice

I am a registered Psychodynamic Counsellor with many years of experience in providing counselling to clients in the voluntary sector.

Additionally I have worked for 25 years in Education.

I specialised in supporting young people experiencing Mental Health Issues and those on the Autistic Spectrum.

Practice description

Our first session gives us both the opportunity to see if we can work together and how we might arrange this. The most important thing is to feel comfortable and safe so that we can explore your issues together.

My first session

During the session we can think together about how to move forward - whether short term work would be preferable or whether you would like to keep things open ended. Decision making may not be easy at this stage and you may need time to think about this.
