About me and my therapy practice

My tailored, professional, one-to-one counselling approach involves us working collaboratively to help you better understand your concerns, what might be causing them and how you can view and manage things differently. The self-awareness that I can help you gain will also improve your relationships and confidence to live a more authentic and fulfilled life.

Practice description

My approach

Understanding your unwanted emotions, troubling thoughts and unhelpful reactions can improve your mood, perceptions, decisions, and actions. To help you achieve this, I combine a variety of counselling approaches tailored to your needs, preferences and the stage we are at in our work together.

Passionately believing that each person is a fascinatingly unique, my curiosity about who you are, inspires my work. I respect that you are the expert on yourself and instinctively know what is right for you. Using my knowledge, skills and experience, I can help you to be guided by your intuition.

With sensitivity, I tune in to your emotions and listen without judgement or preconceptions. I can support you to learn and practise a range of coping strategies to help you feel better and build resilience.

I am an experienced and qualified Counsellor with a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling. My approach integrates person-centred, relational, systemic, parts assimilation and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Counselling appointments

No two counselling journeys are ever the same. The number of counselling sessions needed varies from person to person and we will review our work together on a regular basis.

My face-to-face counselling for individuals is held in comfortable, quiet, safe environments, conveniently located in central Bicester and Thame, Oxfordshire.

My fee is £60 per 50-minute face-to-face session with individuals. Payments should be made by bank transfer before each session or with cash during the session.
