I am licensed in the UK with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.

I work with clients using the Client/Person Centered approach to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I am from a South Asian background and am particularly passionate about helping others from this community (especially women) navigate the generational trauma and difficult parental/family dynamics that can form.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
