In addition to my private practice, I have experience working with the mental health charity, Mind, an NHS medical centre and a charity supporting people with visual impairment.

Practice description

In my practice I use the Person-Centred Approach, which focuses on you and your individual needs, working at a pace that feels right for you. We would only work together with whatever you feel comfortable bringing to the session.  There is no pressure and my style of counselling gives you the opportunity to truly be yourself.

I use an integrative approach to suit your needs.  This includes a solution focused approach to help you solve issues and working creatively, to help communicate difficult feelings.

My first session

I understand that you may be feeling anxious at the thought of counselling.  To reassure you, I offer a free informal chat either on the phone or online, whichever works best for you.  This gives you the opportunity to get to know me and help you decide whether you would like to go ahead.
