About me and my therapy practice

Relationships are the cornerstone of our lives, influencing our happiness and overall well-being. Yet, when a relationship hits rough patches, it can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed, affecting every aspect of our lives. Relationship counselling can offer a beacon of hope and a pathway to understanding, growth, and connection.

I'm passionate about guiding individuals and couples through the complexities of life and relationships to a place of harmony and fulfilment. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as part of a couple, I believe that counselling isn't just about resolving conflicts; it's about delving deep into understanding oneself and one's partner, and how those dynamics shape the relationship.

Navigating through challenges alone can feel like an uphill battle, especially when communication breaks down. Together, we'll unravel the intricacies of your life and relationships, working through tough emotions and communication barriers. It's an opportunity not just to mend what's broken but to enrich and deepen your connection with yourself and with each other.

Recognizing and acknowledging these feelings is an essential first step. It's okay, courageous even, to seek support and explore ways to navigate through these challenges.

As a counsellor offering both individual and couples counselling, my desire is to provide a safe and encouraging space for my clients to navigate through any changes or struggles, wanted or unwanted, they may be facing in life. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as part of a couple, I strive to help clients build a strong, healthy relationship with themselves and others, and move past any barriers that may be blocking their access to their intuition, joy, and courage.
