Availability

I do not currently have availability for new clients but I do hold a waiting list. If you'd like to speak to me regarding that, please reach out.

Please note due to remote location of my counselling room, there is a hill to walk up to reach the location which may not be accessible if mobility is a concern, if this is a concern do include that in your initial contact.

About me and my therapy practice

I can offer a safe, confidential, accepting and non-judgmental space, with a focus on providing LGBTQIA+ affirmative counselling to all clients who identify as LGBTQIA+ or are exploring their identity and sexuality, with extenisve experience with trans/non-binary people, as well as their family and friends who may need an understanding counsellor to work with.

I also offer counselling to people who are looking for support for other life challenges and is not limited to people who identify as LGBTQIA+. Currently I also work with children and young people of secondary school age, please reach out if you have a child or young person and we can arrange an initial discussion.

As a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, I work closely to their ethical framework.

Practice description

By offering a safe place to talk through what is troubling you currently and in your life up to this point, as a Person-centred counsellor our sessions will be focused and led by you, working collaboratively in way that aims to enable open conversation in a space where you feel able to explore all that is challenging.

I have a quiet, calm counselling room at home where sessions can be held, however I also offer sessions via a variety of routes including video call, phone call and online chat typing sessions. There is the option of meeting locally to walk within the beautiful South Wales countryside.
