About me and my therapy practice
I am a Qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BACP) and my approach is Person Centred – a counselling style that puts your unique experiences at the centre of the therapy.
I wont make judgements and I don't analyse, dictate or prescribe - we work together to find the answers that you are looking for.
I am a passionate advocate of diversity and celebrate individuality. I work with an open mind and an open heart.
My main areas of work are in:
Abuse - Anxiety - Depression - High Sensitivity -
Low self-esteem - Loneliness - PTSD - Trauma - Neurodiversity - Social Anxiety
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl Rogers
Practice description
Welcome. Here you are offered the opportunity to share what is going on for you in a calm, safe and confidential space. This is your space and your time to be heard.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, and I am here to listen and support you to ‘unpack’ the thoughts, feelings and emotions that may have become painful, ignored, too heavy to carry, or silenced.
Together we can work towards a better understanding of what has brought you here, and to enable the comfort and relief necessary to move forward.
