About me and my therapy practice

Hello How are You today? How many times are you asked but not heard? I will listen and hear how You are today.

The core of my practice is the therapeutic relationship, I will respect, support, and hold an honest empathic space for you where we can explore and understand your feelings. Life can throw many curve balls, challenges, and difficulties. Working alongside you we can gain an understanding of where you are at today.

Practice description

My therapy experience is within the charity sector for both a Christian agency and an addiction service. I have experience with a diverse range of life matters including addiction, trauma, childhood diversity and abuse, adult abuse and relationship difficulties, neurodiversity and working with LGBTQIA+ folk.

I continue to work with people with addiction issues valuing the experience you may be going through, understanding the cravings and frustrations which may be happening with wanting to stop.

I work with neurodiverse clients and the LBGTQIA+ community, again offering support for emotions and relational issues that may be presenting at this time and within your past relations. I work with male related issues, understanding the difficulties in sharing emotions and vulnerabilities.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute online consultation to answer any questions you may have in relation to our sessions and how I practice, before you decide if we can work together. I offer both weekly and bi-weekly sessions in person or online.
