About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I abide by their ethical framework for safe therapy.
Alongside my private practice, I work with individuals, couples and groups in a private hospital.
My role is to provide you with a safe space and guidance to help you on your journey of self discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.
I am an Integrative therapist, which means I use different approaches, working both with the conscious and unconscious parts of self and I tailor sessions to align to my clients needs. I am trained in Compassion Focused Therapy as well as with working with Trauma. Regardless of the approach, each client is offered a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to explore their own feelings and thoughts.
The outcome is to feel empowered.
My first session
Ahead of our first session, an assessment form and the counselling agreement will be sent. Both of these would be reviewed as part of the first session.
