Anthony O'Toole

Hi, I'm Anthony, an experienced accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Dorset. I'm a member of the BACP; currently offering face to face, video, telephone and walk and talk therapy.

I offer warm, confidential and non-judgemental therapy, where anything you share will be treated in the greatest confidence.

The basis of my practice is person-centred psychotherapy, based upon the research of Dr. Carl Rogers. This works by creating an environment where you can disentangle complicated patterns, gain understanding of your processes, your relationships and yourself; empowering you to take control and move forward in a positive way.

I offer a free telephone consultation of up to 30 minutes, where we can discuss what you're looking for, whether that's short or long-term therapy, stabilising and improving the present, or unpacking the past; we can plan ahead, or let the process unfold naturally. The most important thing is to ensure we're a good fit, as therapeutic process is a partnership, one in which we can explore together.
