Availability

I have a counselling room at the Eaves Guildford practice that I work from on Friday mornings between 9am and 1pm. Offering a private and comfortable space for face-to-face counselling.

About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel like you're treading water like you might be pulled under? Are you struggling to cope with feelings of overwhelm or loss? Counselling can feel like a lifeline to help you better understand the changes happening in your life, explore what is important to you, and support you in communicating your needs and experiences to others better.

Whatever has brought you to talking therapy, I offer a safe, confidential, therapeutic space where we will work together to explore the aspects of your life that are concerning you.

Previously working in various settings, including hospice care, community centres and youth charities, I have gained invaluable experience, particularly in the area of loss and life changes.

Working with neurodivergent people who may be autistic, have ADHD or dyslexia, whether you are diagnosed, still discovering or are a family member. Neurodivergence increases the likelihood of social and emotional challenges, including higher anxiety. My practice is Autism Dialogue Approach (ADA) informed, meaning I offer an affirming space to explore what neurodiversity means for you, promoting self-acceptance and raised awareness.

I work with people struggling with anxiety and depression and appreciate the impact this can have on their personal and professional lives and relationships.

I offer both short-term and longer open-ended work, working with adults, older adults, and young people (16 and over).

I do offer some concessions; please request further information when you enquire.
