My first session
Your first counselling session over the phone is an opportunity for us to connect and begin exploring the support you need. It’s a safe and confidential space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
During this initial session, we will:
• Get to Know Each Other: I’ll introduce myself and my approach, and you’ll have the chance to share your reasons for seeking counselling.
• Discuss Your Goals: We’ll explore what you hope to gain from therapy and identify any immediate concerns or priorities.
• Establish a Comfortable Pace: You are in control of what we talk about and how much you share - there’s no pressure to cover everything at once.
This first conversation is also a chance for you to ask any questions about the process, ensuring you feel confident and supported as we move forward.
Whether it’s the beginning of your journey or part of ongoing growth, I’m here to listen and guide you at a pace that works for you.
