About me and my therapy practice

I am a therapist for all ages. I offer a space for anyone experiencing challenges in life or just wanting more from life. My therapy company is called 'Etre' which means 'to be'. Therapy for me is a space 'to be', a place where you are accepted just as you are whilst at the same time a place to explore and 'to become' the person you are meant to be. I have particular experience of working with childhood trauma, addiction and anxiety but all mental health difficulties are welcome.

Practice description

I take an organic approach responding to the person in front of me and offer creative arts therapy, sand tray therapy as well as talking therapy.
