I specialise in holding space for the intricacies of highly sensitive personalities, menstrual cycle dynamics, PMS, menopause, and major life transitions, such as grief or heartbreak.

I have a BA (Hons) and MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a focus on Humanistic/ Integrative approaches. 

My training and approach include Humanistic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Existentialism, Focusing, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed, and Psychoeducation. I believe that your well-being is a sum of all your parts - your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sociocultural aspects all play a role in how you're feeling.

As your therapist, I am committed to creating a collaborative relationship together in therapy. Essentially, I am here to get to know you... not a diagnosis, a label, or who you feel you should be.

In my work, I dive into the complexities and nuances of the human experience, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-worth, loneliness, meaninglessness/ purposelessness, and relationship/ attachment complexities. I specialise in holding space for the intricacies of highly sensitive personalities, menstrual cycle dynamics, PMS, menopause, and major life transitions, such as grief or heartbreak.

I have a BA (Hons) and MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a focus on Humanistic/ Integrative approaches. 

My training and approach include Humanistic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Existentialism, Focusing, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed, and Psychoeducation. I believe that your well-being is a sum of all your parts - your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sociocultural aspects all play a role in how you're feeling.

As your therapist, I am committed to creating a collaborative relationship together in therapy. Essentially, I am here to get to know you... not a diagnosis, a label, or who you feel you should be.

I will work with you to identify the parts of yourself that are important to you as we chart a path toward a more hopeful future, providing a space for all parts of yourself, even the ones you don't like that much (yet!).

I hope that through therapy you feel capable and confident to implement the changes that will lead to the kind of life you have been yearning for, developing the skills and tools to stay with you for a lifetime.

I'm a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and founder of Tender Hearts, and primarily, I'm here for you.

​I offer a kind and supportive space online that feels comfortable for you and where you are at right now.

I aim to listen to you with an open heart, to hold you and your story with tenderness, and to guide you through this time in your life, no matter how big or small your story may feel.


I offer a gentle approach to online therapy for anxiety, depression, and life transitions, to name a few, all from the comfort of your own environment.

Together, we will co-create a dynamic and open-minded space to explore and delve deep into the sacred and fragile things you are holding close to your chest right now...and most importantly, you will no longer have to hold them on your own.
