About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor and coach, using elements from different therapeutic approaches to tailor my therapy to each client’s individual needs. I offer open-ended counselling or six week solution-focused or coaching options, online or in person.

IMy qualifications include: MSc Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, Bereavement and grief training with Cruse Bereavement Support.

I am fully insured, hold a valid DBS check and am registered for Data Protection.

Practice description

I currently offer sessions online, via a secure video link, and in person from my therapy room in Horsham, West Sussex.

My first session

On first contact I will arrange a free, 20 minute telephone or video call to discuss what you are looking for from therapy.
