About me and my therapy practice

Life is a journey. This journey can take many twists and turns. It can be challenging, overwhelming and hard to navigate and negotiate some or all of the time. This is where counselling can help you understand and manage more successfully. Investing in a counselling relationship with me can allow you to explore your emotions and feelings in a safe, confidential, open and welcoming space.

I am a trained psychotheraputic counsellor with experience working in counselling centres. I can offer short term or long term counselling

Initially, I offer a free 20 minute consultation on the telephone. If you agree to work with me as your counsellor, we will book a weekly 50 minute session either on the phone, online or in person.

I use the first session to gather all key information to be able to make your sessions successful in moving forwards
