About me and my therapy practice

I wonder if you are looking to find out why things are not going well at the moment? Maybe you have experienced a personal loss or often feel low and tearful? Perhaps a friend or loved one has suggested you could talk to someone about feeling low? I can offer a space for you to explore issues and allow time to heal. There may be parts of your behaviour that confuse you, often leading to you ending up hurt and disappointed. Are there relationship problems that cause distress? Sometimes life is overwhelming and it seems that everything is going wrong. It feels impossible to tell people around you how you truly feel. Tell me.

Practice description

I work both in person and online . I have a lovely room in the centre of Cheltenham for face to face sessions. I am a relational counsellor and I will work with you to reflect on how you relate to those close to you and maybe those not so close.

I can also offer counselling via video which may be more accessible for you.

My first session

This session is for both of us to assess our compatibility.

I believe that therapy will only be effective if you feel at ease with me .

I offer the first session free of charge and it lasts 30 minutes
