Thursdays 10 until 2pm

At the moment I have a couple of spaces for new clients to start work with me. I offer long and short term work.

I'm a fully qualified person centered counsellor. I qualified almost 6 years ago now. I provide a safe and boundaried setting for my clients to create a new healthy relationship where we can explore their problems together. 

The hub where I do my counselling also provides general 1 to 1 support as well as two mood disorder groups a week and also chronic pain support. We aim to provide affordable counselling for our clients so everyone can access the therapy and support they need.

For the first session I go through the contract with my client and answer any questions they may have surrounding this. I then also ask the client if they have previous experience of counselling and if so what. We also look at the type of model I use in my therapy and how that may look. I also check in if there is a specific goal the client would like to work towards and look at what brought them to come and see me.
