About me and my therapy practice
You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are constantly questioning if you’re "doing enough" as a partner or parent, I can help. I provide a calm, down-to-earth space in Farnborough and online where you can stop "performing" and finally be heard.
I specialise in helping people navigate:
- ADHD & Neurodiversity: Managing the unique overwhelm of a busy brain
- Anxiety & Stress: Finding calm when your mind won’t switch off.
- Relationship Challenges: Breaking patterns that keep you feeling drained.
- Identity & Self-Esteem: Reconnecting with who you are when life feels heavy.
How we’ll work together:
My approach is warm and jargon-free. We’ll work at your pace to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build the resilience you need to move forward. No "one size fits all", just a space tailored to you.

Practice description
A space where you can be yourself.
In my practice, you won’t find clinical coldness or complicated jargon. Instead, I offer a warm, honest, and thoughtful environment where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I often work with people who feel like they are "failing" in their roles (as a partner, a parent, or a professional) and are wondering how life ended up feeling so hard.
What to expect:
- A No-Pressure Environment: We go at your pace. You don’t have to share everything at once.
- Active Listening: A space where you are truly heard and supported without judgment.
- Honest Insight: I offer clear feedback to help you see patterns and make informed choices.
- Flexibility: Whether you need short-term support for a crisis or a longer space to explore deeper themes, we tailor the sessions to you.
My goal is to help you move from a place of "just surviving" to feeling more balanced and back in control
My first session
Finding the right fit for you.
Our first session is an opportunity to meet and see how it feels to work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we will simply begin at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
What we’ll do:
- Explore your needs: A space to talk about what is bringing you to therapy.
- Discuss my approach: I’ll explain how I work and how I can best support you.
- Decide on next steps: We can see if my way of working feels right for your goals.
No pressure to commit
It is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. You are under no obligation to continue after this meeting; the choice to move forward is entirely yours.
Cost: Sessions are £60.

About me and my therapy practice
I bring a broad knowledge of counselling approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt, which allows me to support you in developing a coherent, theory-informed way of working. I work from a relational perspective, with an awareness of developmental stages and wider systemic dynamics, and I may offer psychoeducation where this supports your learning and confidence in practice.
Practice description
I am currently completing my supervision training and offer supervision alongside my work as a counsellor and tutor, in line with BACP ethical guidance. Please note that my fee will increase following completion of my training in June 2026.
I offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors, providing a supportive and reflective space to explore your client work and professional development.
I use the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision to explore your work from different perspectives, including your client, your interventions, the therapeutic relationship, and any wider relational or systemic dynamics. This helps us to think more deeply about your work and identify patterns that may not be immediately visible.
I also draw on the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) to tailor supervision to your stage of development. This allows me to offer more structure and guidance where needed, while also supporting you to build confidence, autonomy and your own professional voice over time.
My approach balances support with appropriate challenge. I aim to support you in developing a way of working that feels coherent and grounded in theory, building on the knowledge and experience you already bring. I draw on a range of approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt, where this is helpful to your work.
I place strong emphasis on self-awareness and use of self, supporting you to reflect on your responses to your clients and any parallel processes within the work.
I work within an ethical and professional framework, supporting you to maintain clear boundaries, recognise the limits of your competence, and make safe, considered decisions in your practice.
My first session
In our first supervision session, we will focus on getting to know each other and establishing a working agreement that meets your needs. This includes discussing your current practice, your experience level, and what you would like from supervision.
I will provide a supervision contract, which we will go through together to agree how we will work, including boundaries, confidentiality and ethical responsibilities.
This is also an opportunity for you to see how I work and to decide whether I am the right supervisor for you.
You are welcome to bring client work or any immediate concerns to this session.
