About me and my therapy practice

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

In my practice, you won’t find clinical coldness or complicated jargon. Instead, I offer a warm, honest, and thoughtful environment where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

I often work with people who feel like they are "failing" in their roles (as a partner, a parent, or a professional) and are wondering how life ended up feeling so hard.

What to expect:

  • Active Listening: A space where you are truly heard and supported without judgment.
  • Honest Insight: I offer clear feedback to help you see patterns and make informed choices.
  • Flexibility: Whether you need short-term support for a crisis or a longer space to explore deeper themes, we tailor the sessions to you.

My goal is to help you move from a place of "just surviving" to feeling more balanced and back in control

My first session

Finding the right fit for you.

Our first session is an opportunity to meet and see how it feels to work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we will simply begin at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What we’ll do:

  • Explore your needs: A space to talk about what is bringing you to therapy.
  • Discuss my approach: I’ll explain how I work and how I can best support you.
  • Decide on next steps: We can see if my way of working feels right for your goals.

No pressure to commit

It is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. You are under no obligation to continue after this meeting; the choice to move forward is entirely yours.

Cost: Sessions are £60.
