About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Sam and I'm a qualified Integrative counsellor.

Sometimes life can just be really tough and it's hard to figure out what to do for the best. Probably the only thing that's clear is that you don't want to keep feeling the way you do. That is honestly the perfect place to start. In sessions, together I hope to enable you to process your journey and experiences so far enabling some emotional freedom and relief.

Practice description

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with numerous clients who have sought support for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, historic abuse, and bereavement, to name a few. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in couples counselling.
