About me and my therapy practice
I work as an integrative counsellor, supporting adults, children and young people.
I adapt and adjust my therapeutic work according to the individual need of each client. Part of this can be working creatively, if this suits the client.
Collaboratively we can work with the ‘here and now’ (presenting issues) or look at patterns formed from our past experiences.
I will guide you, and sometimes challenge to self reflect on the issues that are concerning you, but ultimately I am led and work at the clients pace.
Practice description
I am based in Maidenhead.
Sessions are held in my private and separate office, with off street parking.
The focus of my work is establishing a connection with my clients, to build a deeper level of trust, within a safe and confidential space.
