About me and my therapy practice
When working with early development, I may suggest utilising creative methods to enhance your experience as well as help you navigate and explore emotions, feelings and thoughts that may have not always been easy to access.
I specialise in areas such as low self-esteem and childhood trauma and work diligently to understand your life history, views, values and beliefs. I work with early attachment and behavioural patterns to heal any past narratives or distortions by offering a positive reparative relationship to release trauma or to understand reoccurring patterns or themes from childhood.
Practice description
I offer a non-judgmental approach by providing compassion for us to work together respectfully in resolving challenges you are faced with. I can understand building trust with someone professionally can be daunting at first, but I aim to be gentle and patient.
I offer professional support in working with early childhood relational issues, shame and trauma as well as consistent mental health issues. I have worked with clients who have been sexually abused, experienced loss and are having relationship struggles by exploring and repairing self-esteem and dysfunctions in relationships.
My first session
I offer an initial 15 minutes free telephone consultation and if we decide to go ahead we will arrange a meeting for an assessment for up to 50 minutes.
