About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, often taking the first steps into therapy can feel overwhelming. I offer a non-judgement, safe space to explore thoughts and feelings that might be affecting certain behaviours.

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor offering face to face and online sessions lasting 50 minutes. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) to which I adhere to the ethical framework.

As I work by a psychodynamic model means together, we would travel through thoughts, feelings and memories trying to bring the unconscious to the conscious. Ultimately gaining a better understanding of the influences of the past and gaining more insight of self.
