Practice description

My name is Engin and offer in-person counselling sessions in Islington, London, and I also offer online counselling sessions.

My approach is to create a confidential and safe space in which you are able to explore your feelings, beliefs, behaviours as well as your own history without judgement. All with the aim of gaining a greater sense of self-awareness and achieving more independence and choices in your everyday life.

I work with a range of areas including depression, trauma, bereavement, and anxiety

I make use of approaches from different types of therapy to tailor the sessions to your unique requirements and needs.

I am committed to helping those I work with.

My first session

The first session is free. It lasts between 20 to 30 minutes and is usually conducted online.

If at the end of the time, we decide we would both like to continue working together, then we find a day and time to schedule the first appointment.
