Hello, I'm Leah, a compassionate and empathic counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My approach is person-centred, non-judgemental, and grounded in care and understanding. I believe in the power of connection and the potential for personal growth.

My services encompass a wide range of issues, from bereavement and grief to various forms of trauma, including but not limited to:

I understand that everyone's journey is unique, and there's no set time frame for recovery. I've personally experienced multiple bereavements, which has given me insight into the importance of a non-Judgmental, safe, and supportive environment to navigate life's challenges.

With over 10 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in assisting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, from ages 6 and above into adulthood. My qualifications include:

BA (Hons) in Early Childhood

Level 3 in Counselling

Level 5 in Therapeutic Counselling

I have honed my expertise at the Oldham Bereavement Centre, specializing in loss and grief. My work there involves supporting individuals facing various traumas, fostering resilience, and facilitating personal growth.

My first session

first session usually entails assessment and contracting to ensure all relevant information is gathered and to ensure any questions you have are answered fully. This also helps both client and therapist establish how we will work together and how best i can support you.
