About me and my therapy practice

I provide individual counselling for a range of issues including anxiety, low mood and depression, low self esteem, relationships, attachment, anger and loss or maybe you have been carrying something that you are ready to let go of.

If you are ready to dive in, I am here to support you to change what isn't working for you and help you create a life of greater satisfaction.

Practice description

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and clinical experience in the NHS IAPT service as well as working with longer term clients at an NHS medical centre. I also have an extensive background in healthcare as a former senior clinical nurse.

I work integratively in the therapeutic space which means I draw on several psychological approaches in order to tailor the work to the individual client. I feel this approach helps clients develop insight and curiosity to better understand themselves and move towards a life with more positivity, purpose and gratitude.

My first session

Potential clients are offered a free 20 minute online video call or phone call to see if we are a good fit.

Sessions continue for as long as you feel they are useful; short term, long term and online sessions are available.
