About me and my therapy practice

I work with clients online and on the telephone. I offer a free 10 minute chat upfront to see how well we think we can work together.

Practice description

I am a qualified Counsellor offering a warm, confidential, empathetic, and non-judgemental counselling experience. I am a Member of the BACP and work within their Ethical Framework.

Finding the right counsellor that you feel comfortable with is a crucial part of the process. I use an integration of various approaches, and tailor work to clients’ needs, in order to support them to find the strength to overcome their challenges. Such challenges may be, for example, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues and anger, and to empower them to make the necessary changes to live a more enriched life.

My first session

At the first session, we will complete an assessment. I will also ask you to complete two Healthcare Questionnaires so we have a starting point.
