About me and my therapy practice

I'm a dedicated and compassionate Gestalt counsellor offering online and telephone therapy sessions. as a gestalt therapist my approach is rooted in creating safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking support and guidance in navigating life’s challenges. Whether your struggling with anxiety, relationship issues or simply feeling stuck in your personal growth journey, I am here to provide a supportive and empowering therapeutic experience tailed to your unique needs.

As a counsellor with a passion for supporting individuals facing domestic violence and addiction, I will bring experience and a compassionate approach to my practice.

I am currently working with a domestic violence charity providing 1-1 counselling with survivors of domestic violence empowering them to heal from past trauma and rebuild their lives. For clients impacted by domestic violence, I prioritize safety and empowerment. I help clients process their experiences, regain a sense of agency, and establish boundaries in their relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to develop safety plans, access community resources and build support networks.

In working with addiction clients, I take a holistic approach that addresses the underlying emotional, psychological, and relational factors contributing to addictive behaviours. I support clients in exploring the root causes of their addiction, developing insight into their triggers and cravings, and building skills for relapse prevention and recovery.

Practice description

In my practice, I integrate gestalt therapy techniques with mindfulness based interventions and somatic awareness. I emphasize the importance of the present moment and encourage you to explore your experiences in the here and now. Through dialogue, experiential exercises, and creative experimentation, you will gain insight into your patterns of behaviour and develop new ways to relating to yourself and others.

My approach is client centred, collaborative and strength base. I believe in the power of therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change an prioritize building a strong rapport with each client.
