About me and my therapy practice

It's important you know who I am so that you can trust me and consider sharing your inner world with me free from judgement in a safe place

When we spend time together I'm committed to getting to know you and your unique life experiences to gain insight so we can tailor our time together in way that is right for you

Together we can learn to understand how your past has shaped you and use that knowledge and awareness to embrace new ways of being that help you feel more settled

My natural way is both warm and inquisitive to help you reconnect with your authentic self whilst you grow and deepen your understanding of yourself which can often be very moving, profound and empowering

This process can help to ease the impact of stored emotions and empower you to have greater control over your thoughts

We can often heal from our past, question our own behaviours, thoughts and feelings in a safe, non judgmental environment

If you feel tired of living with stress, self-doubt and anxiety? I can help you become

⦁ More assertive

⦁ Less fearful of what others think of you

⦁ Able to stand up for yourself

⦁ Successful in achieving your goals

⦁ Happy in your own skin

⦁ Free from negative self thoughts like shame

⦁ Less dependent on pleasing others

If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression, and you're looking for support to overcome these challenges, I can offer you support.
