About me and my therapy practice

As a therapist, it is my desire to come alongside, and work together with you through the reasons that have brought you here today. Perhaps, it’s a one-off event that has thrown you off course and you need the space to process it. Maybe you’re aware that you are not quite living the life you want to, and your goal is to explore the behavioural patterns that may be contributing to this. Or perhaps, there’s no singular thing, it’s just that you’re doing life, and something just isn’t sitting right, 1+1 just isn’t equalling 2.

I’m a firm believer that when we feel safe, and when we are in a space that is free from judgement or criticism, we can bring our whole selves, not the selves we are sometimes forced to put on in the world. In that space, we can really dig deep and explore our deeply held hopes, fears, wounds, desires and capabilities.

I am committed to providing just that. A space where you feel free to be heard, seen, happy, sad and all the other feelings or needs that aren’t always welcome in the world in day-to-day life. 


Practice description

I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are, so as a qualified integrative therapist, I will work with you, adapting my approach, techniques and interventions to suit you and your needs. I offer face-to-face, online and telephone appointments.

My first session

To build a collaborative relationship together and begin to work on your reasons for therapy, the first session will be about exploring your reasons, your situation and getting to know you. I don’t seek to assess you, diagnose, or label you in any way. But instead, begin to identify the parts of you and your circumstances that are most important to you to explore.
